Patient Information
Before starting your treatment, I would like to point out some important points:
Your physical symptoms should definitely be medically cleared before the treatment.
To achieve the therapeutic goals, it is necessary that you cooperate according to the therapist’s guidelines. For this purpose, you will regularly receive individual exercises and tips.
If you are taking medication, especially blood thinners (e.g., Xarelto, Eliquis, Marcumar, ASS, etc.), please make sure to inform me before the treatment. Do not discontinue your medication on your own; always do so only in consultation with your treating physician!
The treatments can be somewhat uncomfortable. In particular, active trigger point therapy and connective tissue treatment can be painful, and there may also be sensitivity to touch or muscle soreness in the treated areas for a few days after the treatment. It is also possible for temporary bruising or swelling to occur at the treated sites. These reactions are harmless and usually disappear after a few days.
For certain disorders (e.g., postural issues), I may take photos of you or specific body parts and store them for documentation purposes. The legal regulations regarding confidentiality and data protection will be strictly adhered to.
The cost per treatment hour amounts to €100. Private health insurance or supplementary insurance usually covers the costs; however, statutory insurances unfortunately do not. I would like to point out that regardless of any differing reimbursement amounts from your insurance, the full invoice amount is always due for payment.
In my practice, appointments can only be attended by arrangement. I reliably keep these times free for you. In case of short-term cancellations, I generally cannot rebook the appointments. Therefore, I will charge the full fee for appointments that are not canceled or are canceled less than 24 hours in advance. For appointments that are canceled less than 48 hours in advance, the cancellation fee is €50/hour.
