Chronic Pain
The most common use of Pohltherapy® to treat:
Back pain, headaches of all kinds, facial pain, jaw pain, dental pain without diagnosis, shoulder and neck pain, arm, elbow, hand, and finger pain, abdominal and stomach pain, pelvic floor and lower abdominal pain, CPPS, hip pain, leg, knee, and foot pain, painful scars, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, or mouse arm, carpal tunnel syndrome, menstrual pain, groin pain, writer’s cramp, migraines, throat pain without diagnosis, muscle cramps, etc.
Abnormal Sensations
Unexplained ailments that are often due to adhesions in the connective tissue/fascia:
Burning, itching, tingling, numbness, pressure or tightness, sensitivity to touch, cold or heat sensitivity, ‘falling asleep’ of arms/hands, foreign body sensations, chronic nausea, a feeling of tension, a sensation as if, for example, the fingers are swollen and thick, the head feels like it’s in a vise, etc.

- Scars on the head, neck, or throat (e.g., from thyroid surgery)
- Feeling of pressure and tension in and around the head or forehead (e.g., as if wearing a too-tight swim cap, or feeling as if the head is in a vice)
